The transformative influence of agile leadership in improving team dynamics in digital organizations is examined in this research. This study employs a quantitative, cross-sectional research design to empirically test the relationships between key agile leadership characteristics including adaptability, servant leadership, emotional intelligence, transparency, and critical team dynamics such as psychological safety, trust, and conflict resolution. A total of 121 respondents participated. We employed purposive, quota, and networking and connections to reach target audience. The findings indicate that these leadership traits collectively explain 58% of the variance in organizational agility, with transparency emerging as the single most influential predictor. Furthermore, the research establishes that team dynamics, particularly psychological safety and productivity, serve as significant mediators, amplifying the impact of agile leadership on ultimate outcomes like innovation speed and customer responsiveness.
