Irfan ul Haq serves as the Managing Director of the Scientific Societal & Behavioral Research Center (SSBRC), providing the strategic leadership and operational excellence that underpins the center’s mission. With over two decades of seasoned experience in project management, logistics, and academia, he is a cornerstone of SSBRC’s ability to deliver impactful, real-world research.

A certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holder of an MBA with Distinction, Mr. ul Haq possesses a unique fusion of strategic vision and meticulous execution. He is directly responsible for steering SSBRC’s strategic direction, managing its resources, and ensuring that all research initiatives—from community-based studies to international academic publications—are conducted efficiently, on time, and to the highest standard of quality.

His own established research portfolio, with numerous publications in areas such as entrepreneurial stress, occupational psychology, and sustainability, grants him an innate understanding of the scholarly process. This allows him to bridge the gap between academic ambition and practical implementation, ensuring that SSBRC not only generates knowledge but does so in a sustainable, well-managed, and strategically sound manner. Under his leadership, the SSBRC is poised for growth, impact, and long-term success.
