Harmandeep Kaur is a remarkably prolific and dedicated Research Assistant at the Scientific Societal & Behavioral Research Center (SSBRC). While completing her Bachelor of Business Administration in Project Management at Yorkville University, she has rapidly established herself as an integral part of the research team, co-authoring over several scholarly publications within a short timeframe, including multiple chapters in a major Routledge publication on entrepreneurship.

Her research portfolio demonstrates a strong focus on occupational stress, leadership dynamics, and inclusive entrepreneurship, with a particular emphasis on understanding the challenges faced by minority and migrant entrepreneurs.
