The Scientific Societal & Behavioral Research Center (SSBRC) is proud to invite the community to the launch event of our Community Well-Being & Social Resilience Initiative: a free, public Community Insights Forum.
This event is designed to turn research into real-world action, providing Tottenham and New Tecumseth residents with practical, evidence-based strategies to navigate everyday challenges related to finances and stress.

10:15 AM – Welcome & Research Opening: Kick-off with key findings from SSBRC's latest community research.
10:30 AM – Workshop 1: Smart Money Habits: An interactive session applying behavioral research to practical budgeting and financial planning.
11:15 AM – Workshop 2: Managing Daily Stress: Learn science-backed strategies for mental resilience and emotional well-being.
11:45 AM – Community Panel & Q/A: "Real Stories: Thriving in Our Community" featuring local voices.
12:30 PM – Networking Lunch: Connect with neighbors and community partners over a provided lunch.
1:30 PM – Hands-On Activity: Contribute to a collaborative "Community Vision" project.
2:00 PM – Closing Notes & Thanks: Final remarks and recognition of our community partners.
